Product Capabilities
Burra Foods works collaboratively with our customers to develop products that meet their specific dairy ingredient needs and unique manufacturing requirements.
Fresh cream and milk concentrates are loaded out in bulk tanker loads for use in the manufacture of ice-cream, yoghurt and domestic cream products.
UF MPC is used as a fresh protein source, giving a far greater sensory profile, a cleaner label and an enhanced product story for consumers looking for natural dairy protein in high protein white milk, dairy drinks and yogurts.
