Method
Dumplings
- Mix all ingredients together until you have a smooth texture.
- Place a wrapper in your hand, brush the edge with some egg or water, place some mix in the middle of the wrapper and close with your choice of dumpling shape.
- Boil or steam for 5 minutes, serve with the sauce and garnish from the recipe below.
Dressing
- Blitz all the ingredients until smooth, pass through a thieve to strain any chunky bits.
Cook more than you can eat, and freeze these for future lunch time meals.
