Fresh Homemade Flat Bread

Ingredients
  • 1kg bakers flour
  • 20 grams salt
  • 20 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast
  • 50 grams olive oil
  • 400 grams milk
  • 500 grams of cream cheese
Method
  1. Mix all ingrdients together and rest overnight in the fridge before rolling
  2. Make little rolls of 50 grams, roll with a rolling pin and bake straight away in a hot oven at 220°C
