Fresh Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  • 225 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper, plus more to taste
  • Crackers for serving
Method
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to chill.
  3. Serve chilled with crackers and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

 

Fresh herbs can be substituted with dried herbs. If using dried herbs, use 2 teaspoon dried dill and 4 teaspoons dried parsley.
